SailPoint Developer - IdentityIQ Implementation (5-8 yrs)

Role : Sail Point Developer.

Exp : 5-8 years.

Location : Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai (onsite).

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner.

Employment Mode : Contract.

Responsibilities :

- Technical Environment : - SailPoint IdentityIQ.

- Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations.

- Participate in requirements gathering activities.

- Contribute to technical design and architecture planning.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including : .

- Solution Requirements Specifications.

- Business Requirements Document.

- Technical Design Document.

- Test Cases Document.

- Develop code and perform unit testing aligned with requirements and design for client-specific use cases.

- Lead or contribute to code review activities and integration testing.

- Debug and troubleshoot issues, including liaising with the technology vendor.

- Assist clients with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Support clients with deployment readiness, actual deployment, and post-production support.

- Contribute to business development activities, including preparing business proposals.

Engage in IAM strategy projects, including :

- Current State Assessment.

- Vendor Comparison and Selection.

- Target State Documentation.

- Roadmap Creation.

- Lead or contribute to internal SailPoint IdentityIQ training sessions.

- Implement and adhere to security best practices across all engagements.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Educational Background : B.Tech, M.Tech, MS, MCA, or MBA.

Experience :

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in IAM projects.

At least one end-to-end SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation, including :

- Use case documentation.

- Architecture design.

- Development, testing, and deployment.

- Post-deployment support.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with complex connector integrations, including custom connector development and deep customizations.

- Proficiency in developing plugins and standalone custom rules.

- Knowledge of networking concepts and shell scripting.

- Experience with effort estimations and best-practice implementation for SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Certifications :

- SailPoint IIQ Certified Engineer.

- SailPoint IIQ Certified Architect.

- Familiarity with standard software development lifecycles, frameworks, and methodologies.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
