Role : IAM Support
Location : India (Hybrid Anywhere in India).
Type : Contract Position.
Job Description :
- 5+ years overall experience supporting a minimum of two or more IGA platforms, i. SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID Governance in a medium to large enterprise.
- 5+years in Saviynt.
- Substantial development experience with configuring an IGA platform, i. using custom rules, transforms and API commands to implement enhancements to the platform.
- Strong familiarity with releasing enhancements in an environment that uses change control and a sandbox\UAT instance before moving onto Production.
- Strong experience with configuring connectors to integrate the IGA platform with third party products, i. ServiceNow for access request fulfilment and SAGE\Workday for employee data aggregation.
- Strong experience with onboarding new applications using a role-based access control (RBAC) model.
- Producing and maintaining clear and concise documentation covering the SML process, custom configuration and user training guides.
- Good experience with developing custom audit reports for governance and oversight of various corporate applications and the types of access linked to these apps.
- Strong experience integrating with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Provide support and mentoring to the Level 1 analyst for any escalations and complex BAU tickets that requires more in-depth troubleshooting.
- Experience working in a global environment with colleagues from other IT teams with a vested interest in the Identity Management space.
- An adaptable team player with strong written and verbal communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude is required.
