Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Selection:
  
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled workers, engineers, and leadership roles in manufacturing.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
• Employer Branding & Outreach:
  
• Build relationships with technical institutes, universities, and vocational training centers for talent pipelines.
• Organize and participate in job fairs, campus drives, and industry networking events.
• Enhance the company employer brand on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Process Management:
  
• Manage the recruitment process efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain candidate records and track hiring metrics.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, coordinating with HR and department heads.
• Workforce Planning & Retention:
  
• Analyze hiring trends and workforce needs to forecast future talent requirements.
• Work closely with HR and department managers to improve employee retention strategies.
• Conduct exit interviews to understand and address turnover challenges
