Analyst, Global HRIS T2

The Analyst, Global HRIS T2 job assists in vendor selection, configuring, maintaining, and generating reports for the organizations human resources information systems (HRIS). Working under close supervision, this job enters human resources information into the system and supports testing of new features of the system during implementation to verify accuracy of human resources procedures.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Assists in the development of HRIS specifications, design and development from the end user perspective.
• Meets or exceeds service level agreements when making system updates, mass uploads, security changes, or troubleshooting interfaces.
• Responds to routine system enhancement change requests while providing consultative guidance on best business practices.
• Assists in testing and rolling out changes to the human resources information systems.
• Prepares statistical summaries and special reports from the HRIS involving employee skills, pay grades and performance data, payroll information or other employee information.
• Processes employee information and maintains employee records on HRIS.
• Maintains human resources information systems and related policies and procedures designed to obtain, record, and process employee information.
• Maintains HR system data, workday configuration, system security, and proper functioning of system interfaces.
• Manages integrity of user accounts data for support of integrated systems and single sign on and performs routine audits to ensure data. integrity
• Develops a strong working knowledge of all HRIS systems to assist system users with training, data entry, and troubleshoot system issues.
