Sales Development Representative || Gurgaon (WFO).

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, identifying and qualifying potential leads, and setting the stage for successful business relationships.

Experience

Required 2+ Years of experience in Sales Development and Lead Generation for Software Product & Services.

Key Responsibilities-

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential prospects within the target industries and verticals.
• Utilize various lead generation tools, platforms, and strategies to source and qualify potential leads.
• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with decision-makers and influencers.
• Effectively articulate the benefits and features of our B2B SaaS CRM solution to potential clients.
• Quality leads based on established criteria and accurately document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations.
• Nurture and maintain relationships with prospects to ensure ongoing interest and engagement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and our product offerings to engage in meaningful conversations with prospects.
• Provide feedback and insights from prospect interactions to enhance marketing strategies and product development.

Education / Skill set-

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Strong understanding of CRM solutions and the value they bring to businesses.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
