Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and separation.
  
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates in the industry.
  
• Design and deliver engaging learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in a manufacturing organization.
  
• MBA/PGDM (Human Resources/Industrial Relations) degree from a reputed institution.
  
• Proven expertise in Employee Engagement, PMS, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Performance Management Systems.
