Project Coordinator:
Position Overview:
Support the Director of Technical Sales by coordinating multiple projects centered on process improvement and cloud migration.
Ensure projects align with strategic business goals and meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage timelines.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports and presentations.
Facilitate communication between technical teams, sales, and external vendors.
Organize and lead project meetings; capture minutes and follow up on action items.
Identify project risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
Support process improvement initiatives and cloud migration efforts through data analysis and coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination or management.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Basic understanding of cloud technologies and process improvement methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
Experience in technical sales environments.
Prior involvement in cloud migration or digital transformation projects.
