Job Description
User Experience Expert
Overview:
The User Experience Expert is responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences, focusing on customer journeys and digital interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance user interactions.
- Design and optimize UI/UX components for applications and web platforms.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure user-centric application designs.
- Implement best practices for accessibility and responsive design.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX design, including customer journey analysis.
- Courses in User Experience Design are required.
