Summary:As a User Experience Lead, you will lead prototype work and other software engineering solutions to create an optimized user experience. You will translate design concepts into prototype solutions quickly and tangibly, considering technical feasibility implications and design intent.
Roles & Responsibilities:a Expected to be an SME.b Collaborate and manage the team to perform.c Responsible for team decisions.d Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.e Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.f Lead prototype work to create an optimized user experience.g Translate design concepts into prototype solutions.h Balance technical feasibility implications and design intent.
Professional & Technical Skills:a Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in IFS Solutions.b Strong understanding of user experience design principles.c Experience in software engineering and prototyping.d Knowledge of technical feasibility implications in design. e Hands-on experience in translating design concepts into tangible solutions.
Additional Information:a The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in IFS Solutions.b This position is based at our Hyderabad office.c 15 years full-time education is required.
