Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Six Sigma Black Belt who will drive process excellence across our organization. This role is critical in identifying, leading, and implementing process improvement projects that align with our strategic goals. The successful candidate will work closely with our leadership team in the USA to ensure that our processes are optimized, efficient, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Excellence: Lead the identification and execution of process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies to achieve operational excellence and efficiency.
- Project Management: Manage multiple process improvement projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
- Data Analysis: Utilize statistical tools and data analysis techniques to identify root causes of process inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, IT, and other departments, to drive process improvements across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Regularly interact with the leadership team in the USA to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations for process improvement initiatives.
- Training & Mentorship: Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members on Six Sigma principles, tools, and techniques to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement metrics to monitor the effectiveness of process improvements and ensure that changes are sustainable.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts associated with process improvement initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Certified Six Sigma Black Belt is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, with a strong track record of leading successful Six Sigma projects.
Skills:
- Expertise in Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC and DFSS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (eg, Minitab, JMP) and process mapping tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Global Experience: Experience working with or within US-based companies is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master s degree is a plus.
