Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products or service Packs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build rapport with customers to drive sales and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell Protect+ products or services / Accessories .
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
- Address customer inquiries and objections effectively.
2. Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a high call volume while ensuring quality customer interactions.
3. Customer Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on Protect+ products, services, and promotions.
- Provide accurate information to customers and address their needs.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Accurately record customer interactions and sales details in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes to the Sales Manager.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Experience in selling insurance, security, or protection-related products is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Flexible to work on Week-ends / Public Holidays as per Retail Formats.
