Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan options for second-hand four-wheeler vehicles.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into successful loan applications.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
• Prior experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of finance and loans is preferred but not mandatory.
