Telesales Associate

We are looking for the Telesales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will call potential and existing customers to inform them about our products or services, aiming to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales: Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our offerings and identify their needs.
• Inbound Lead Handling: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
• Needs Qualification: Effectively qualify leads by asking targeted questions and understanding customer pain points.
• Product/Service Presentation: Clearly and persuasively present product/service information, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing and close sales, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in our CRM system.
• Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve company objectives.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduated or pursuing graduation.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Skills:
• Clear and effective communication.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Comfortable handling customer questions and concerns.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
