Telesales Associate

We are looking for the Telesales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will call potential and existing customers to inform them about our products or services, aiming to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers to introduce and sell our products or services.
• Listen to customers to identify their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
• Accurately record customer information and sales details in our system.
• Reach out to customers after sales to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduated or pursuing graduation.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Skills:
• Clear and effective communication.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Comfortable handling customer questions and concerns.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
