Customer-Focused Product Consultation Engage in detailed consultations with customers to identify their core needs, pain points, and business goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations. Translate customer feedback into actionable product development suggestions, helping to shape the evolution of our platform to better meet market demands. 3. Customer Success Advocate: Take ownership of the entire customer journey, from pre-sales through post-delivery, ensuring a seamless, positive, and empowering experience. Lead customer onboarding, guiding them through the features and functionalities of our No-Code platform.
