Role & responsibilities

- AP/AR-Invoicing Entries, Invoice Verification,
- Provision of Expenses, Prepaid Working
- Vendor and Customer Reconciliations
- AR-Sales invoicing, e way Bill, E-invoicing
- GST Knowledge, TDS Knowledge
- Audit assistance
- Monthly MIS project wise, Monthly Financials, AOP, Budget
- Accountable for Project wise Cashflow Planning
- All account ledger reconciliations, and SPOC for Audit observations
- Other Journal entry and adjusted booking - Audited entries.
- Project wise Cashflow and Consolidation
- Follow up for Open PO and corrective action for Pre-Closing
- Cross co-ordination with PMO, MM, Purchase, Admin
- Other assignment as per requirement
- Guiding team for Accounting entries
- Inventory checking and matching,
- Follow up with Vendor if required.

- CA qualified candidate required
