Job Summary:

We are seeking a Delivery Manager with 8-13 years of experience in US staffing, specializing in tech recruitment (Java, Python, Data).

The candidate should be technically sound in evaluating candidates and managing end-to-end resource delivery.

The role involves leading AM's and their respective teams, ensuring seamless delivery in a two-phase accountability model.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee recruitment for tech (IT) roles ensuring quality and timely delivery.

- Lead associate managers, guiding teams to meet delivery targets.

- Conduct or supervise technical evaluations.

- Manage accounts and address client escalations.

- Ensure accountability in a two-phase delivery model.

- Report delivery metrics to senior leadership and optimize processes.

Required Skills:

- 10 years in US staffing with expertise in tech recruitment.

- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.

- Technical expertise in Java, Python, Data, AI/ML, IOT, UI/UX, recruitment.

- Experience in account management and client delivery.
