Modernization Delivery Manager:

- We're looking for an Modernization Delivery Manager candidate with experience in technical project management, to join our team in Hyderabad/hybrid.

- You will report to the Director, Cloud Modernization.

- Project management, Informatica Products - PowerCenter & Informatica Cloud/IDMC

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do?

- Manage the customer and partner relationship by serving as the single point of contact before, during and after engagements

- Coordinate all logistical aspects of the project including timelines, risks, risk mitigation strategies, action items and change requests.

- Communicate project details to internal and external clients/partners

- Provide regular reports to communicate project status both internally and externally

- Communicate with people at all levels in the organisation

- Organise and distribute work assignments to the team members.

- Ensure projects are being completed on time and the quality of work is consistent with client expectations

- Be an active member of the PMO and help in defining best practices and operating procedures.

- Technically lead the team on critical Project implementations.

What We'd Like to See?

- 10+ years of technical project management experience.

- At least 2 full project management life cycle experience

- Experience of Project Management methodologies and tools, and the software development and project management life cycles

- Understand complex technical issues surrounding the project and influence team members including partner members without formal reporting structure authority

- Assist, and troubleshoot issues with project team members.

- Deliver strategic plans for the organisation.

Role Essentials:

- Working knowledge of Informatica Products - PowerCenter & Informatica Cloud/IDMC.

- Prior technical project work and programming experience

- Track record of accomplishment with handling customers and managing complex projects

- BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience

- Manage operational responsibilities of staff or individual contributors.
