Specialist IS Business Systems Analyst

• Collaborate with Product owner and System Architects to handle business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with business and product goals
• Understand customer needs to shape business processes and product requirements
• Work with Product Owners and Business SMEs to define scope and value for new developments
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to systems ensuring optimal performance
• Ensure non-functional requirements are included and prioritized in the Product and Release Backlogs
• Facilitate the breakdown of Epics into Features and Sprint-Sized User Stories and participate in backlog reviews with the product team
• Clearly express features in User Stories/requirements so all team members and collaborators understand how they fit into the product backlog
• Stay focused on software development to ensure it meets requirements, providing proactive feedback to collaborators
• Experience with SAFe Agile software development methodology
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changes
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

• Masters degree and 4 to 6 years of Information Systems experience OR
• Bachelors degree and 6 to 8 years of Information Systems experience OR
• Diploma and 10 to 12 years of Information Systems experience

Must-Have Skills :

• Must have experience with writing user requirements, Test scenarios and acceptance criteria in agile project management systems such as JIRA
• Hands-on experience in configuring and integrating Contract Lifecycle Management systems (i.e. SirionLabs) and Ariba procurement tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for solving procurement and business challenges improving technology
• Good communication skills and the ability to connect with senior leadership with confidence and clarity.

• Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA as well as other Source to contract tool experience
• Able to communicate technical or complex subject matters in business terms
• Experience of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery methodology
• Experience with Jira Align is a plus

• SAFe for Teams certification (preferred)
