The Digital Workplace AI/ML Platform with GENAI capabilities aims to bring together the data from all Unified Workspace, Collaboration and Colleague Servicing platforms; combining this with HR, Information Security, and network data to provide real-time, meaningful insights in areas such as user experience, health scoring, productivity, and overall IT visibility. As the Engineering Director of the Digital Workplace AI/ML Platform, you will have responsibility for leading the engineering teams as an Agile Champion to develop the AI/ML and GENAI platform and enhance it to provide personalization capabilities, analytics, and predictive analysis using AI/ML and GENAI.

How will you make an impact in this role?

• Drives processes and execution oversight for Engineering Teams.
• Enables Product Engineering team productivity and agility by demonstrating Agile/Scrum concepts and principles where appropriate.
• Focuses on team execution

Organizational Context: Member of a engineering delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate technical solutions and architecture design with the engineering & product team
• Drives team/release level processes demonstrating servant leadership coupled with domain knowledge and technical savvy
• Support product owners by ensuring backlog refinement and readiness
• Create data-driven insights into the delivery and execution of the team using relevant team level metrics
• Provide visibility into gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams
• Manages external relationships, e.g. product or vendor partners

Technical Skills:

• Understand the team s platforms and applications, and leading design & solutioning

Product Delivery & Integration:

• Responsible for tracking iteration progress, actively adding to design discussions, issue resolution, and removing obstacles to ensure sprint/iteration commitments are met

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical field, or equivalent work experience required; Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of technical delivery experience with a demonstrated track record of growing responsibility.
• Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and to spec.
• Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages a plus.
• Agile Certification or Certified Scrum Master a plus.
