Business Analyst (Pune)

We are seeking a skilled business analyst, with a strong background in SAP as a Tester and/or in IT support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that SAP ERP procurement application is functioning effectively, while also providing technical support to end-users. This role requires a detail-oriented individual passionate about quality assurance and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Support:

• Provide technical support for SAP procurement module, assisting users with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Educate end-users on SAP functionalities, best practices, and process changes.
• Preform Data maintenance and cleansing activities

Testing:

• Understand the business requirements and support them with test cases and UATs.
• Document test results, identify defects, and work closely with implementation team to resolve issues.
• Participate in root cause analysis of defects to improve processes.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with various teams including implementation, operations teams, and end users to ensure the successful execution of new processes CRs

Documentation:

• Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and support issues resolved.
• Assist in preparing user manuals and training materials
• Assist in training end-users on system changes.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM/AP/SD) - 1- 2 years
• Proven experience in SAP testing and familiarity with testing methodologies
• Prior experience in IT support or helpdesk - advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
