Job Description
- Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation and administration of Sales Compensation Plan at Amdocs.
- Manage all commission compensation according to documented sales plans and ensure compensation is properly accounted for and settled in the appropriate timeframes
- Maintain a deep understanding of compensation plans, source data, and calculation software
- Effective communicator who can take complex logic and scenarios and describe them simply and clearly to various internal parties
- Collaborating with various stakeholders like HRBL, Divisional Finance Leads, HRES, Business Operations etc.
- Strong sense of ownership (own the end-to-end process)
- Being a self-starter who can operate independently.
- Ensure compliance with global standards and maintain efficiency while meeting critical deadlines
- Bachelor s degree holder / Masters Degree holder (Full-time degree)
- Knowledge in Sales Commissions or relevant areas like Finance, HR etc.
- Masters in accounting, finance, economics, or other quantitative fields preferred.
- A team player with a positive, can do attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Advance Formulas & Functions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be part of the core unit that will define, shape and organize the compensation and benefits structure of the company
