Analyzes and reconciles Compensation & Benefits (C&B) data, and executes regional and/or global C&B policies and processes.
What will your job look like
Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation and administration of Sales Compensation Plan at Amdocs.
Manage all commission compensation according to documented sales plans and ensure compensation is properly accounted for and settled in the appropriate timeframes
Maintain a deep understanding of compensation plans, source data, and calculation software
Effective communicator who can take complex logic and scenarios and describe them simply and clearly to various internal parties
Collaborating with various stakeholders like HRBL, Divisional Finance Leads, HRES, Business Operations etc.
Strong sense of ownership (own the end-to-end process)
Being a self-starter who can operate independently.
Ensure compliance with global standards and maintaining efficiency while meeting critical deadlines
All you need is...
Bachelor s degree holder / Masters Degree holder (Full-time degree)
Minimum 2-6 years of work experience in Sales Commissions or relevant areas like Finance, HR etc.
Masters in accounting, finance, economics, or other quantitative fields preferred.
A team player with a positive, can do attitude
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Advance Formulas & Functions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
