Deputy Manager/Manager

Role & responsibilities

• To coordinate with all customers to get their monthly as well as yearly forecast and plans

• To circulate M+3 Months rolling plan forecast internally for preparedness of high lead time items

• To get the POs from the customers for their next month requirement on prior basis to decide the production plan priorities to keep the FG stocks optimised

• To coordinate with internal teams (Assembly lines, Sub shops & other supporting departments) for circulation of information and requirements regularly

• Daily meeting for discussion regarding day plan and 3 days fixed plan and challenges against the plan

• ensure shortage circulation for next 3 days to smoothen the purchasing process

• Daily meeting with purchase & Stores for discussion of shortages for next 3 days and to understand the challenges to achieve the targets

• To share the challenges with management to get overcome from them in case management help is required for that task/challenge

• To follow-up regularly with all customers to understand their requirement and priorities

• To coordinate with Plant 1 team to ensure the production on SET basis to avoid FG stocking in both the units

• MIS System

• Capacity planning (For Assembly Lines, sub shops and critical vendors) for upcoming seasons and plans
