Job Summary: As a Category Manager at Amazon, youll be responsible for the customer experience and growth of your assigned category. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience in retail, operations, product management, or business consulting Demonstrated experience in negotiations and delivering results Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing large data sets to drive performance improvements Background in vendor negotiations, pricing strategies, and inventory management Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional projects Adaptable mindset with a passion for solving complex problems
