Sr. Produt Manager, Last Mile, RoW Last Mile Product Team

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to build 0-1 products that will impact millions of customers across India, the Middle East, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, and Australia. This role is a critical last-mile lever, driving innovation at the doorstep for both our transporters and customers.

The role requires someone with a deep passion for exploring problems in depth, identifying opportunities, and thriving in ambiguity. A successful candidate will excel in written and verbal communication, be fluent in articulating trends and analysis using both quantitative and qualitative methods, and be comfortable with analyzing and prioritizing strategic trade-offs. Experience with product and strong stakeholder management is essential.

Key Job Responsibilities:
1. This Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end roadmap for ROW doorstep experience.
2. This is a high-visibility role, meaning the ideal candidate will be comfortable making critical business decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and often ambiguous environment, while escalating important one-way-door decisions to senior leadership.
3. Ability to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
4. Writes high-bar documents and has excellent verbal communication skills.


Key job responsibilities
- Plans, directs, supervises and controls the execution of all business, technical and administrative functions of the assigned program, project or sub-task related to continuous improvement, quality and bench marking
- Communicate effectively across teams and to leadership to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to ensure the overall success of the program
- Bring Parity on Tech and programs for on field and on road processes to Emerging countries
- Work within time constraints and deliver results to meet critical business needs
- Comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading and has the ability to roll up their sleeves and jump in if needed
- Lead the expansion of programs across Emerging countries, engaging local teams
- Oversee the adoption and improvement of standard work
- Implement measurement controls (metrics and reports)
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex logistics problems affecting Operation
- Work with technology teams and Product Managers to develop new tools and systems to support the growth of the business
- Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for Amazon customers - 1. 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 2. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- 3. Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 4. Last Mile AMZL operation experience required
