Responsibilities
of this role
1) Monitor expected orders Vs receipt
& submitt POCL , Clearance for dispatch & Road
permit
2)Creating Sale Orders
3) Providing Outstanding to Franchise teams, Accounts Dept.
4) Preparing Stock Reports
5) Billing with Warehouse Team
6) Follow up and
monitor dispatch clearances for the sales plan
7) Monitor dispatch
information/ ASN and monitoring
& delivery compliance.
8)Follow up and monitoring POD
collection and
submission on time
9) To compile submit
payment bills to Mktg on time
10)Reconcile and
prepare completed orders
report and submit to Mktg./planning
dept. monthly
11) Monitoring
Warehouse unloading & halting
compliance
12) To Arrange inspection
document
13) Any Urgent requirement by customer noted & order excuted .
14) Present
process 95 % dispatch
without RP due online ,Submitting 100 % timely to logistic to avoid any halting .
