Location: Remote

Experience: 8-12 years (preferred experience in D2C, e-commerce, or growth-focused roles)


About the Role:


Were seeking an ambitious and data-driven Growth Head to lead the expansion of our D2C brand. This individual will drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through innovative strategies, optimizing our digital channels, and scaling marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • 1. Growth Strategy:
  • • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth roadmap for the brand.
  • • Identify opportunities for growth across the funnel, from awareness to retention.
  • 2. Performance Marketing:
  • • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and emerging ad platforms.
  • • Focus on ROAS, CPA, and CAC while scaling campaigns.
  • 3. Customer Acquisition & Retention:
  • • Lead strategies to drive traffic, convert leads, and build loyalty.
  • • Implement CRM, email marketing, and subscription models to enhance LTV.
  • 4. Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and AOV, using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics.
  • • Use A/B testing, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics to inform decisions.
  • 5. Brand Building:
  • • Work closely with content and design teams to create high-impact campaigns.
  • • Ensure brand consistency while experimenting with disruptive marketing tactics.
  • 6. Team Leadership:
  • • Build and mentor a high-performing growth and marketing team.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and tech teams.
  • 7. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
  • • Identify emerging trends, audience preferences, and new channels for growth.
  • • Keep tabs on competitors and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • • Proven track record of scaling D2C brands.
  • • Experience with retention strategies like loyalty programs and community-building.
  • • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • • Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for problem-solving and execution.
