Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and motivated UX Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, engaging, and effective digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine designs that improve user satisfaction, engagement, and overall usability.

Responsibilities :

- User Research : Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, and usability testing) to gather insights into user behaviors, pain points, and needs.

- Wireframing & Prototyping : Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

- Interaction Design : Create detailed interaction flows and define UI patterns, ensuring smooth and efficient user interactions.

- Collaborative Design : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into elegant design solutions.

- Usability Testing : Plan, organize, and execute usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.

- Design Documentation : Prepare design specifications, style guides, and assets for developers to ensure the final product matches the design vision.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep improving the quality of your designs.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.

- Design Tools : Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

- Prototyping & Wireframing : Strong experience in creating low and high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes.

- User-Centered Design : Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and human-centered design methods.

- Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

- Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.

- Problem-Solving : A keen eye for detail and the ability to solve complex user experience challenges creatively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with design systems and consistency across platforms.
