Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Agile Leadership: Act as an Agile Coach, guiding teams in applying Agile and Lean practices to foster collaboration, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
• Value Delivery: Ensure the predictable flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART), optimizing processes, coordinating resources, and tracking key performance metrics.
• Agile Transformation: Promote Agile methodologies and mindsets across teams and stakeholders, fostering decentralized decision-making and empowering teams to adapt and innovate.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution, fostering transparency and communication.
• Risk and Dependency Management: Facilitate the identification and management of risks and dependencies within the ART, ensuring successful delivery through proactive mitigation and collaboration.

What we're seeking:

• Experience in software development and Agile leadership roles (Scrum Master, Coach, or Agile Team Lead).
• Experience in driving Agile transformations and optimizing value delivery in complex systems.
• Effective leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and guide teams to achieve goals.
• Experience working in a cross-functional, global environment and collaborating with senior management.
• Good understanding of the IT and travel industries, with experience in Reservation Systems, Inventory Systems, or Shopping Engines being a plus.
