Job Title: Specialist - Information Security

Common Accountabilities:

- Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline.

- Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area.

- Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions.

- Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.

- Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.

Specific Accountabilities:

Key Accountabilities:

- Be responsible for the Incident Response mechanism of the Security Operations Center team.

- Manage all Security Incidents on a day-to-day basis; operating in a follow-the-sun mode

- Incident analysis, response, remediation

- Classification and prioritization of security incidents

- Manage vulnerabilities according to Amadeus processes & follow-up on mitigation plans

- Serve as the key technical interface to internal and external customers

- Ensure system security needs are established and maintained for operations

- Provide technical leadership and mentor internal team members

- Be an active member of the Amadeus Blue Team and performing Incident Response Duties

- Work cross-organization to integrate and operate all monitor and logging tools

- Participation in the evaluation of new technologies (HW and software) in respect to SOC.
