Summary Of The Role:

- As a Sales Operations Senior Specialist, you will leverage your advanced technical and functional expertise to manage and streamline the contract administration and product activation processes.

- You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in our operations, while also supporting and guiding junior team members.

- Your contributions will directly impact our business success and customer satisfaction.

In This Role You'll / Your Main Responsibilities:

- Contract Administration: You will be responsible to centralize, register, and quality-check all contractual documents, ensuring compliance before implementation and billing.

- Maintain and update the database of contracted products, coordinating legal validation and signatures.

- Product Activation: You are to facilitate product activation by providing sales teams with order forms, analyzing and releasing them for timely activation.

- Manage online orders, update databases with product information, and track wins/losses and responsible parties.

About The Ideal Candidate:

- You have 5+ years' experience and specialized knowledge in contract administration and product activation.

- You understand how your role contributes to the broader business and can act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.

- You are skilled at influencing decisions, anticipating dependencies, and navigating complex scenarios.

- You contribute to cross-functional projects and propose process improvements.

- You are able to work independently within the framework set by your manager, seeking guidance only in the most complex situations.

- You are accountable for your commitments and those of your team.

- You are proficient in using CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

- You ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes.

- You have excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with legal, sales, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
