ServiceNow Practice Lead
Job Summary:
Play a key role in developing and executing company strategy and plans to expand a ServiceNow practice.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to set the vision, provide expert consulting, and lead/build team to deliver and manager ServiceNow implementations/solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Practice Leadership: Lead the development of ServiceNow service offerings and go-to-market strategies
Team Building: Lead the hiring and building of a strong team of ServiceNow implementation leads, Business Analysts, Technical Developers both Onshore and Offshore
Pre-sales Support: Be actively engaged in Pre-sales support including discussions, solutioning, presentation decks creation and delivery, scope and effort estimations, Proposals and SOWs, Marketing support etc.
Client Engagement: Advise clients on their business needs and design customized ServiceNow solutions.
Partnership Development: Build relationships with ServiceNow and other partners to enhance capabilities.
Thought Leadership: Stay current with industry trends and best practices to position the company as a thought leader.
