Servicenow Lead (Remote)

OrangeMantra is currently seeking a ServiceNow Lead to lead and optimize our ServiceNow platform initiatives. This role is pivotal in designing scalable solutions, ensuring seamless integrations, and driving digital transformation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture: Develop comprehensive ServiceNow solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring scalability and alignment with best practices.
• Platform Management: Oversee the ServiceNow platform's health, ensuring optimal performance, security, and up-to-date configurations.
• Integration Leadership: Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years in IT, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in ServiceNow modules, scripting, and advanced configurations.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer are essential; additional certifications are advantageous.
