Senior Servicenow Developer/Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITOM)/Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with ServiceNow ITOM development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test, and deploy complex ServiceNow ITOM applications, workflows, and integrations.

2. Implement ITOM solutions, including Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.

3. Develop and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, and Cloud Management solutions.

4. Integrate ITOM solutions with other ServiceNow modules, such as CMDB, Asset Management, and Security Operations.

5. Develop custom ITOM applications, workflows, and scripts using ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Jelly).

6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ITOM solutions.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex ITOM solutions.

8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

9. Stay current with the latest ServiceNow ITOM releases, features, and best practices.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM development.

2. Strong technical background in ITOM concepts, including Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.

3. Experience with ServiceNow ITOM applications, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Cloud Management.

4. Strong programming skills in ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Jelly).

5. Experience with ITOM integrations, including API integrations and data imports.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with Agile development methodologies.

2. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.

3. Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker.
