• 5+ years experience leading testing on the ServiceNow platforms, ideally with experience on large scale green field projects.
  ● Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure full understanding of all modules and scoped applications.
  ● ServiceNow ITSM Expertise: Significant experience with ServiceNow , including a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and customization options.
  ● Own the full testing lifecycle on the ServiceNow platform including system, UAT, non-functional, integration and regression testing of all modules, Ensuring consistency on every testing cycle for existing and new modules.

• Proven track record in designing and implementing SecOps solutions, with a solid understanding of industry-specific workflows, use cases, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Security Operations, Enterprise Security, Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, Event Management
  • Several years experience in consulting, configuration, and implementation of complex technologies, with at least 2 years focused on enterprise architecture and technical roadmaps.

Need to have deep understanding of APM Module and guide the team

Preferably should continue post APM implementation for the below activities

1.ServiceNow – Application Portfolio Management Architecture experience
2. Verifying the Quality of Capabilities - should have Architecture and Technical Background to be able to validate the functions of the Products (should know what products will typically be used for what functions and process),should be able to understand Application interrelationships, check on alignment of Capabilities, ensure Capability definition nomenclature and standards are followed and recommend corrections if needed. Develop, configure APM reports that are not out of the Box
