HR Reporting & Analytics Senior Officer

Role & responsibilities

• HR KPI Management: Monitor, track, and analyze HR KPIs to provide insights into employee performance, engagement, turnover, and other key metrics. Propose recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
• Reporting: Generate and maintain regular HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and recruitment metrics. Ensure data accuracy and timelines in all reporting activities.
• Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Present findings to HR leadership and recommend actionable insights.
• Project Support: Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on various projects, including process improvement initiatives, HR system upgrades, and employee experience enhancements.
• BAU Processes: Manage and support daily HR operational processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
• System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and optimizing HR systems, ensuring data integrity, and streamlining workflows.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR processes through automation, improved reporting, and data accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is a requirement. Any other Language would be considered as an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR operations, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within an international context, would be considered as advantage.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g. SAP).
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data visualisation).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Changes to high integrity and ethics while dealing with confidential and/or sensitive information.
