Sale Engineer - Projects

Role & responsibilities

• Product Sales: Sell transformers (e.g., distribution, power, and industrial transformers) to customers in industries such as utilities, construction, manufacturing, and energy.
• Customer Consultation: Understand customers' power needs and recommend the appropriate transformer solutions based on voltage requirements, load capacity, and application specifics.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on transformer technologies, designs, and specifications to provide accurate information to clients, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Market Research: Identify new market opportunities, track industry trends, and analyze competitor products to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, including utility companies, construction firms, and industrial clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by the company by actively seeking new customers, expanding business with existing clients, and closing sales deals.
• After-Sales Support: Provide post-sales service, including technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth delivery and installation of transformers. Address any customer concerns or issues that arise after the sale.
• Proposal & Quote Preparation: Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and bids for customers, ensuring that all technical requirements are met and that the prices are competitive.
• Collaboration: Work with engineering, technical support, and project management teams to ensure that transformers meet customer requirements and are delivered on time.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback to provide regular reports to management.
