Service Technician- Welding Machines

Role & responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of welding machines (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) in the field or workshop.
• Diagnostics: Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or software issues with welding equipment.
• Installation & Setup: Install and set up new welding machines, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers, answering questions and resolving issues related to equipment performance.
• Testing & Calibration: Test welding machines after repairs or maintenance to ensure they meet operational standards.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, cleaning, and part replacements to prevent machine breakdowns.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of services performed, parts replaced, and any issues encountered.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working with welding equipment and tools.
• Training: Educate customers on proper machine operation, maintenance, and safety practices.
