Job Title: HR Manager

Language Requirement: Must be fluent in English and possess basic conversational skills in Bengali. Candidates staying in West Bengal but not of Bengali origin are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

2.Employee Relations:

• Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
• Mediate conflicts and foster a harmonious work environment.

3.Training and Development:

• Assess training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training sessions and recommend enhancements.

4.HR Policies and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies.
• Update and communicate HR policies periodically

5.Performance Management:

• Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.
• Advise managers on performance improvement strategies.

6.Compensation and Benefits Management:

• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Regularly review compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness.

7.Strategic HR Initiatives:

• Align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Support initiatives related to organizational change and succession planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR managerial role (minimum [specify years]).
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills in English and basic conversational ability in Bengali.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
