Operation Executive

To coordinate with clients and complete formalities for setting up their investment a/c and fulfil their operational requirements.
Coordinating with and assisting Clients for investment related queries.
Developing a strong knowledge of existing and potential clients and ensuring business growth opportunities aligned with the companys investment philosophy.
To take care of the back office and liaison with other partners for operations related work.
To work on MIS and other internal data related to business.
Follow up with the clients for pendency and fulfilling their requirement.
Updating the clients on their portfolio and assist them in resolving their queries.
Deliver Service with utmost action and ensure Client satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS

Any Graduate with good communication skills and Fluency in English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emailing, Google Sheets, Online Meeting Tools)
Knowledge of Mutual Fund/Insurance Industry (not mandatory/ but will be preferred).
Certification related to the role will be an advantage.
(1-2yrs) of Work experience in similar Profile.
