About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mutual funds, either as an advisor or in training. The trainer will play a key role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of advisors and team members, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:
Conduct engaging training sessions for advisors and team members on mutual fund products, sales techniques, compliance, and regulatory updates.
Develop customized training modules tailored to the audiences needs.
Content Development:
Create and update training materials, presentations, and resources in line with industry trends and organizational goals.
Performance Assessment:
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants.
Industry Expertise:
Stay updated with SEBI regulations, market trends, and mutual fund innovations.
Share insights to help advisors make informed decisions for their clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a mutual fund advisor or in a training role within the mutual fund industry.
In-depth knowledge of mutual fund products, market strategies, and regulatory guidelines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in mutual funds (e.g., NISM Series V-A) is highly desirable.
Proficiency in training tools and technology.
