Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team at Aloola Solutions
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant , you will play a crucial role in implementing, optimizing, and managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet our clients unique needs
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, provide valuable insights, and contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies
Your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be essential in driving successful marketing campaigns and enhancing customer engagement

Roles and Responsibilities:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring and utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and features, including Journey Builder, tomation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, and Audience Builder.
Marketing Automation Experience: Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing marketing automation campaigns, including audience segmentation, journey creation, and alytics.
CRM Integration: Experience in integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure seamless data flow.
AMPscript and SQL: Proficiency in AMPscripts and SQL to customize email content, create complex data filters, and perform advanced data manipulations.
Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of SFMC developers and administrators.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with marketing teams, IT, and other stakeholders.
Salesforce Certifications: Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Consultant
API Integrations: Understanding of API integration concepts to facilitate data exchange between SFMC and other platforms.
Personalization and Segmentation: Experience in creating personalized customer experiences through advanced segmentation strategies
Collaborate with Project Manager and/or marketing stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and requirements by carefully reviewing briefs and seeking clarification before the build ng with highlighting risks (if any)
Assist in the execution of campaign strategies, including audience segmentation, journey mapping, and content creation.
Provide guidance on leveraging SFMC capabilities to achieve campaign goals effectively.
Configure and customize SFMC components, including data extensions, email templates, landing pages, and automations, to support campaign execution.
Build and maintain various standard data extensions/customer master within SFMC for accurate segmentation and personalization.
Create and manage automated journeys, including welcome series, nurture campaigns, and triggered communications.

Required skills and Qualification:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, SQL, DataExtension)
Email Marketing
Campaign Management
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data insights.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in data visualization tools and techniques.
Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
