Responsibilities:
Responsible for the quality assurance of website analytics tagging and third-party tags added via tag managers, ensuring accuracy and reliability in data collection.
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive QA documentation and processes, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Identify, build, and implement tools to automate the QA process, with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness in testing operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Conduct thorough analysis of test results to validate existing functionalities and identify areas for corrective action and process enhancement.
Monitor and ensure seamless integration of quality assurance processes within the overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition, and data processing systems.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance the QA process continuously.
Skills and Qualifications:
Skilled in QA methodologies, tools, and processes (such as ObservePoint Omnibug).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
