We are seeking a talented and experienced Overseas Gulf Recruiter to join our team at Ally International. As a recruiter you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting candidates as per requirements.

Responsibilities-

• Source and attract candidates through various channels like naukri.com, indeed, Monster,social media platforms.

• Co-ordinate with the agents for recruitment process.

• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of resumes, applications, portfolios to identify potential candidates.

• Communicate effectively with candidates keeping them informed about the status of their application and further steps.

• Identify areas for process optimization and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidates Profile

• Bachelors degree

• Proven work experience of minimum 3-5 years as a Overseas Gulf Recruiter or similar role.

• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multi tasks.

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
