Process Trainer Sales Process (Banking BPO)

📍 Location: BTM Layout , Bangalore (Onsite)

🕒 Shift Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (Day Shift)

💰 Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month (₹4.2 LPA)

📅 Experience Required: 2-5 years (Banking BPO/Sales Process preferred)

🔹 What Youll Do:

✅ Train & Develop: Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) and refresher training for banking sales teams.

✅ Boost Sales Performance: Equip employees with the right sales techniques, customer handling skills, and objection-handling tactics.

✅ Ensure Compliance: Train teams on banking regulations, data security, and ethical sales practices.

✅ Evaluate & Improve: Track trainee progress, conduct mock calls, assessments, and coaching sessions.

✅ Enhance Training Materials: Develop engaging training modules, role-plays, and interactive sessions.

🔹 What Were Looking For:

✔️ 2-5 years of experience as a Process Trainer in Banking BPO/Sales Process.

✔️ Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills.

✔️ Knowledge of banking products, sales techniques, and compliance standards.

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

✔️ Ability to conduct both classroom and on-floor training.

✔️ Experience in the BFSI sector (preferred).
