Domestic Voice Support

!!! Freshers or Experienced Technical support -Voice!!! (Vela Chery Chennai)

Mode of Work- Work from Office

No of Openings: 20

Interview timings: 09:30 AM to 03:00 PM (Monday - Saturday) (Only face to face interview)

• Should have Good in English communication with one Native Language (Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam).
• Graduation is mandatory (15 years Graduation mandatory: Complete computer background for e.g.: BE, B Tech, BSc Computer science, BSc Computers, BCA, B Com Computers )
• Handling customers queries and requests for the services.(Inbound calls)
• Understand customer requirements and provide the best customer service experience.
• Rotational day shift (Any 9 hours)
• 6 days working (1 day rotational week off)
• Salary 2 LPA to 3 LPA + Relocation Bonus 5000/- on Completion of 30 days
