Job Description
Job Description: Product Operations Intern - End-User Experience Focus
Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between the product team and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of processes.
- Collaborate with the product team on UATs (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure that new features align with user needs.
- Execute comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new and existing teachers and administrators, ensuring smooth adoption of the product. Build and maintain detailed SOPs for these processes.
- Analyze user feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive insights and prioritize improvements that enhance the end-user app experience.
- Maintain and optimize processes that support operations and academic teams, ensuring effective implementation and user satisfaction.
- Facilitate clear communication between center heads, administrators, and central product/operations teams to address operational challenges and product-related updates.
- Regularly prepare and deliver reports on operational metrics and user feedback, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
- 0-1 years of experience in operations, coordination, or user experience roles.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders and resolving operational issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace (G-Suite), and other productivity tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data and articulate both success stories and areas for improvement to enhance user experience.
