Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Assisting with Benefits Administration:
  • Support in managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding benefits and help resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Compensation Support:
  • Assist in conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Help in preparing compensation reports, surveys, and analysis.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain and update employee rewards and benefits data in HRIS systems.
  • Assist with preparing and generating reports on benefits utilization, compensation metrics, and employee engagement.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits programs.
  • Assist in managing internal audits of benefits records and compensation processes.
  • Project Support:
  • Assist in the implementation and review of new rewards programs, policies, and initiatives.
  • Participate in the planning and organization of employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Employee Communication:
  • Contribute to the creation of communication materials for benefits programs, such as newsletters or FAQs.
  • Assist in preparing materials for open enrollment and benefits orientation sessions.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Education:
  • Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits or general HR administration.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefits administration.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Software Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Flair for numbers and analytics is a must. With an ability to translate it in MS Excel working
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous internship experience in HR, particularly in compensation and benefits.
  • Basic understanding of compensation and benefits policies and regulations.
