Creative Director Copy || Allen || Bengaluru

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Director (Copywriter) to lead and inspire our creative team. You will be responsible for developing and executing compelling copy and creative concepts across all offline marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and driving student engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the education landscape and a proven ability to craft impactful narratives that resonate with our target audience (students and their parents).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor: Manage and inspire a team of copywriters and other creative personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Concept development: Develop innovative and engaging creative concepts for offline marketing campaigns, including print ads, brochures, hoardings, event materials, and in-center promotional materials.
• Copywriting excellence: Write compelling and persuasive copy that effectively communicates Allen's value proposition and resonates with target audiences. This includes headlines, body copy, taglines, scripts, and other marketing collateral.
• Brand guardianship: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all offline channels. Maintain and evolve the brand voice and tone.
• Strategic thinking: Understand the target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape to develop effective creative strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to align creative efforts with overall business objectives.
• Project management: Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Performance measurement: Track and analyze the performance of creative campaigns, using data to optimize future efforts.
• Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends in advertising, marketing, and education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success as a Creative Director or senior copywriter, preferably in the education or related industry.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong command of language and grammar.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work across different offline channels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
