Executive / Sr. Executive || Labware Purchase - Vadodara

We are looking for a highly skilled Executive / Senior Executive - Labware Procurement to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in labware procurement, specifically in Impurities & Standards, within the pharmaceutical industry.

This role requires strong negotiation skills, vendor management expertise, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Manage procurement of labware, specifically Impurities & Standards.
• Ensure regulatory market compliance and adherence to procurement requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for timely procurement.
• Maintain and update procurement records using SAP, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Optimize procurement processes for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Criteria:

• Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc. (Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry or Equivalent)
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in labware procurement within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of labware procurement in a regulated environment.
• Experience in SAP & MS Office for procurement operations.
• Ability to handle vendor management and compliance-related documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
